And most of those who go to a meeting don't talk. But you still have thousands of people posting every day in various discussion threads, which is quite an amazing amount of participation.

The fact that Kos has such a high circulation in a site that is partisan and organizing-focused is what makes it especially interesting.

Yes I agree that what Kos et all will become is even more interesting, but the point is that part of what's interesting about it now is that it is collapsing the simple distinction between a media outlet and an organizing site.
