No. But Iran is almost completely isolated on this question. Every existing nuclear weapon state is against Iran acquiring nuclear weapons. Among the Asian and African states, Syria is Iran's only supporter. The differences among the P-5 states are tactical in nature. If the US attacked Iran, it would be acting on behalf of all P-5 states who are committed to upholding the NPT.

Have you forgotten Ulhas that no one has presented evidence of an Iranian nuclear WEAPONS program, only of an Iranian nuclear technology effort? An effort allowed by the NPT.
The US would not be acting on the behalf of anyone if it attacked Iran.
It would, quite simply, be committing an act of unprovoked war.
