Michael is quite correct. Do not confuse resistance to nostalgia and dislike of kneejerk sneers at professors as symptoms of any particular ism. I find interesting things in Critical Inquiry and New Literary History, but they have not replaced Marx, Engels, Lenin, & Mao. :-)
