Justin, there is no evidence whatsoever linking Putin
to either the apartment bombings (a theory believed in
in Russia mostly by the anti-Semitic readership of
Zavtra) or the Litvinenko poisoning, "his" forces have
not massacred schoolchildren, and Chechnya War II was
not even remotely about retaining hold of a Republic.

I am really befuddled, as you are obviously a very
smart guy.
