Actually the whole thing is wrong. The only evidence linking the FSB to the apartment blasts is a highly ambiguous event in Ryazan that probably indicates the incompetence of the local FSB more than a diabolical plan. There is no evidence at all that Putin or the FSB has poisoned anybody (not counting Khattab). The deaths at Beslan are hardly the fault of Putin. And Chechnya War II was about repeated attempts by the Islamists to expand their Taliban state onto broader Russian territory.

The whole thing is twisted.
