I believe in freedom of speech and all, but these cartoons are rather 
racist and stupid. And, at the bottom of the page cited there appears:

i.e., Chirac ("escroc" = crook or swindler) and Villepin. The links 
to "Proud of Britain" don't work, but they sound rather National 
Frontish.
