so it's okay that Zundel is in jail because he's a Nazi. But the state can use the same law to lock up commies. And has done so.

Of course, I'm one of those ACLU types who defended the Nazi right to march in Skokie, IL. But unlike the ACLU, I would have joined the Skokians (Skokois?) to throw tomatoes -- or worse -- at them. My impression is that when the Nazis are in public, they look more pathetic.
