While it might pay to be stupid in America, this type of attack on lawsuits needs to go at least one layer deeper. Most stupid lawsuits are thrown out of court for being, well, stupid.

That doesn't stop people from filing stupid lawsuits. Maybe it's the lawyers who prepare the stupid lawsuits that really believe "it pays to be stupid in America."
