I'm not sure I follow your reasoning here. LBO may well not survive Doug's death. But the reasons won't have anything to do with Liza paying taxes on it. And isn't that true for you and most of your friends too? From what I know of your business, it'll die because you're ... well not a one man band, but kind of like Steely Dan :o)
