Do I need to go on about lack of long term vision (or interest) in the global environment socially, politically, or ethically, emmanating from the corporate boardrooms? After all, they can afford the finest wines to stock their "panic rooms" and the best security (up to, and including U.S armed forces) that money and power can buy.
Re: Israel. The March/April 2006 (current) edition of adbusters has an excellent article on the neo-"cons" and dual loyalty issues by Kathleen & Bill Christison. You can find out who stands to gain in that piece, it's quite detailed, but it's not on adbusters site yet.
