I'd mostly agree with this (which is the Panitch-Gindin line on US imperialism, right?). But I get annoyed with all those folks in the junior partner countries who mount their high horse and moralize about ugly Americans, neglecting to note that the horse's supply of oats is guaranteed by the 82nd Airborne.
