stratagems.  The corollary is that Tel Aviv 'controls'
Washington through shadowy influence. And there it is:

stereotypes".

Sorry, you'll have to do better than that. Raimondo
would  be the first to say that there's nothing
"shadowy" about Tel Aviv's influence. It's all right
in the open.
