Hope not. It would indicate that Hezbollah made an awful miscalculation,
which no longer appears (to me, at any rate) to be the case. You're probably
puzzling why Israel hasn't economized till now by simply dropping three of
its nuclear weapons on Tyre, Sidon, and Beirut.
