Silliness. I have already acknowledged that Hezbollah has caused civilian deaths in this war. I have even indicated that I don't accept their tactics.
Regarding the Hezbollah flag, no one but no one would more readily accept the excuse that Israel must pound Lebanese people into pink mist because a yellow and green flag hangs out of the US embassy. On the other hand, those pictures replayed throughout the Middle East endlessly would have a heartening effect.

It is by definition about their strategy, since I am asked about the orientation of a section of the British antiwar movement toward Hezbollah. My position on Hezbollah necessarily considers its strategy, but the most important thing is what they are doing in this concrete situation to stop Israel flattening eight-year-old brains under a demolished building. This is known as Leninism. Realpolitik for the oppressed.
