both betty dodson and susie bright made a better argument long ago. it 
wasn't so much about taking back the word cunt but about how the word 
vagina keeps us talking about the vagina which isn't as big a source of 
women's pleasure, the clitoris is. and they both got real pissed about the 
rape issue, details i've forgotten. just search on their names and v 
monologues and you'll find it.

but thanks for the interesting article nonetheless. why the guardian didn't 
bring a bitch on board to stir the pot -- I'll never know! LOL
