Oh, and by the way, one reason some people are cheered by McNealy's 
leaving is that it signals the likelihood of BIG layoffs this summer. 
The investors are clamoring for up to 1/3 of the company. That's 10,000 
out of 30,000 people. Others say 5,000 might be enough.

Since I work at Sun, this is not a cheerful thought.
