Marc Cooper is simply a snivveling shitbag asshole. He's the Dick Morris of the Liberal Left and the person who I'd nominate as the person most likely to follow in Hitchen's footsteps. Cooper's problem is that he doesn't have the writing talent of Hitchens.
It really made my day when Cooper's putrid voice left RadioNation and was replaced by Laura Flanders.
