Running the confidence interval numbers on this study and coming up  
with the lowest imaginable estimate, the United States has now  
murdered well over 100,000 people for a lie.  As Brad DeLong says,  
"Impeach George Bush.  Impeach him now."  Except, of course, that  
this will never happen.  Perhaps, after Bush leaves office, some  
court will have the fortitude to charge Bush with crimes against  
humanity, apprehend him, and bring him to trial.  Not a high  
probability, but more probable than an anti-MIF* movement in this  
country.
