there is no question the oppressive fundamentalist regime in Iraq has to go. But the US policy towards that country has furthe strenghtened that regime, by whipping up nationalsitic unity.

Iraq is right in asking "what about the nuclear weapons of Istreal ,Pakisthan and India?' But then there has to be universal disarmemanent at least with regard to nuclear weapons. West is not ready. US having used it first, it is difficcult to trust that country. Very recently just as a reaction to Mumbai blat attacks and criticism, Musharaff did not feel it wrong to have threatend India with nuclear weapons.

Iran's regime can be changed only by Iranians. d US can tolerate Pakistahnai dictator, it can tolertate Iran as well which is a better country

There is no escape from universal disarmament.
