A blunt question: what's the point of the bloody union if it makes these kinds of huge concessions? It looks like the CNAs are getting fucked over per usual by the owners with the new twist that they have to dole out union dues that are used to finance political lobbying that benefits--the nursing home owners! This is some pretty twisted shit.
