The only politically important weapon from a left perspective is the
shotgun. It would be desirable to have a fairly extreme limitation on
all other weapons. and the absolute right to own shotguns (plural). But
this is just whimsy and I agree completely with Andie on the
pointlessness of pushing the issue.
