And which country is that, Mike? The closest one to me only wants people with specific skills, like nursing.

Mexican healthcare is reportedly good, and cheap. However the kind of communities Andie's article mentioned, San Miguel de Allende, for example, are already crowded with gated communities, American kids racing around on off-road vehicles, and other colonial English-type behaviors.

My last visit to Puerto Vallarta we watched pale-skinned and flabby Anglos paragliding behind snarling little speed boats and thumping down on the beach like casks of wine. One of them bore a remarkable resemblance to Cheney, and I thought "my god, they're invading Mexico!"
