Since it could not be quoted in its entirety, the reference to "Sophist" stood for the requested quote. But if a snippet between inverted commas is asked for: "(Guest from Elea): And therefore a statement will likewise be considered false, if it declares that things which are, are not, or that things which are not, are. (Theaetetus): In what other way could a statement be made false? (Guest): Virtually in no other way; but the sophist will not assent to this..." (241 A)

Of course there are still sophists. They call the others, among whom the consensus exists, "the reality-based community."
