My partner is working a contract gig with an aeronautics company. They 
build flight simulators and then go set them up at the client location. A 
team got back in from the road and the welder, 60s and says he's just 
working for the job, not the money 'coz he could retire any ol' time, 
pulled a book out and handed it to the guy in charge.

Book: Hegemony or Survival.

All that was said was, "You're right, he gives him too much credit." R 
feels he's too new on the gig to get involved in any political discussions, 
so he didn't ask what he meant. but it'll be interesting to hear what comes 
of it all.
