Bush and his gang didn't launch the invasion according to Hitchens' precise specifications. Of course, when it all seemed to be going well right after the invasion, Hitch couldn't contain his glee that this "revolution from above" put the final nail in the Saddam-loving left's coffin. Nowadays, he pretends that he was always critical, just like he pretended that he didn't originally predict that massive amounts of WMD would be found stashed in every Iraqi nook and cranny. That Marc Cooper finds him credible concerning Saddam's execution owes to Coop's personal dizziness, and merely adds another layer of farce to the proceedings.
