Citigroup Global Market Limited bought 186,190 TS4 shares listed by the Joint Stock Fisheries Company No. 4, which helped it seize 6.21% of the company's shares, reported the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Centre (HSTC).
Citigroup Global Market Limited also purchased 127,420 TRI shares of the Saigon Beverage Joint Stock Company (Tribeco), acquiring 6.27% of Tribeco's posted shares, said the HSTC.
The HSTC also reported that the First Vietnam Capital LLC Fund recently bought an additional 60,000 TS4 shares to increase its holding in the company to 160,000 shares, or 5.33% of the total TS4 shares.
Meanwhile, Merrill Lynch International has a 5.18% holding in the Saigon Hotel Joint Stock Company with 91,570 SGH shares it purchased so far. (VNA)
