Let's hope you're right.
Me? I'm not convinced that we won't see a nuclear weapon used in anger within the next decade or so. It might not be Israel, but I think the world has changed since the end of the Cold War and I think there are now far more cases where the measured use of a nuke or three will be considered not so impossible.
