Quite, but to have some intimate that Nietzsche's notion of responsibility has anything to do with the verbal diarrhea of Clintonian "personal responsibility" bully pulpit talk is beyond ridiculous misinterpretation. One need only look up the entries in Kaufman and Hollingdale's index of entries on responsibility in WtoP.
