[WS:] This statement is misleading if not false - Yugoslavia disintegrated itself due to internal conflicts and unresolved succession of power issues, and it did so pretty much to the embarrassment of the EU states who are the NATO stakeholders. The NATO campaign was merely an opportunistic face saving move to demonstrate that NATO was still relevant.
You seem to have problems accepting that that all bad things happen in the Third World mainly because of it sown internal contradictions instead of being manufactured by the "global North." The "Global North" may sometimes exploit those contradictions to its own interests, but believing that it creates them is a conspiracist view that is antithetical to systemic and materialist views of history.
