Despite not being the biggest fan, Lenin is much better about this than his followers. At every point where he uses the term, there is always an explanation why it is a legitimate attack. It's still pretty polemical, but nonetheless at least it isn't the lazy put-down that his followers generally engage in. I am still waiting for an explanation for why Nietzsche supports the dominant structures of his society.... robert wood
