Wouldn't a radically pro-abortion supporter give no thought to why a woman wished to have an abortion? What makes you uncomfortable about "for the hell of it"? Are there good and bad reasons to choose abortion?
From a medical standpoint I don't think having repeated abortions rather than using some form of birth-control is a good idea but from any sort of moral viewpoint it makes no difference. If someone wants to have an abortion just for the hell of it what the fuck do I care? I'll go a step further, I think they should be provided free of charge without question under a national healthcare plan. As should birth control.
