Muslim guy (Tatar, Dagestani, Uzbek or whatever Muslim Soviet nationality) buys a bottle of vodka to share with his Russian friend. He pours out a drop. Russian guy says, "why did you do that?" Muslim says, "the Koran says a drop of alcohol is poison to the soul. I poured out that drop."
Muslims in Russia drink a lot of liquor. :)
