Sharpton is an extremely smart, well-informed, and witty guy, who could crush almost any brand-name politician in a debate. Yeah, his hairdo is a little odd, and he used to wear tracksuits many years ago, but I really don't get how he can be characterized as some sort of spokesperson for the lumpenproletariat.
