To put it most simply, the dividing line is between health care and
health insurance. I have lots of health insurance, but every year it
buys me less and less health care. It has gotten to the point where I
have no bloody idea ever how much my insurance will pay for or whether
it will pay for anything at all.
I have Blue Cross PPO through a very major/big computer company.
