They neglected to add: "Be sure to wash and hang flag with one hand only.
Use second hand to maintain respectful salute."
Actually I shouldn't joke about these things. Flag-waving seems to be the
only aerobic exercise a lot of Americans get, so I shouldn't discourage this
healthful practice.
