Obviously not, and as Andy F says, he was making a joke, but if it really is a Hillary-Rudy matchup, then the usual formulas may not apply. Rudy could put a lot of supposedly "blue" states in play. He could carry New York; probably not, but could. Ditto California. More so NJ and Conn.
