Umm, you're joking right? Generally I find folks from communities more likely to have the state on their back (black, latino, urban,poor) try to to stay away from cops, not look for excuses to fight them. If you are black and in a neighborhood like Anacostia, the South Bronx etc., you risk your life tangling with the police. Usually those who like to confront cops and commit crimes in front of them are those with the luxury of doing a day or two in jail (or week) and have no real fear of getting gunned down. Like white college students and ex-college students from suburban neighborhoods who always made up the majority of every global justice and anarchist group I have ever encountered in almost 20 years. Never been to KC though, so maybye its totally different scene than NYC, DC, SF, Detroit, Chicago etc....
