How many volunteers would we need to encircle those counties with pitchforks, knives, and torches and do a house by house? We'll probably need some SUV's to block roads as well. I'll provide however many pikes are needed on which to skewer the appropriate heads. I always knew my 1870's through 1890's medical books covering amputations would come in handy.
