I think its guilt by association. Margret Sanger who
founded Planned Parenthood was an eugenicist (a lot of
intellectuals of those days were caught up in eugenic
fever until the Nazi's made it bad form to admitt to
it). The organization has moved on and can in no means
be considered eugenic.
