Sure. They're obviously targeting college students. I betcha that a lot of the Mickey D's employees who work at the place by my apartment are students at the Plekhaniv Institute, which is two blocks away, and incidentally where Khasbulatov teaches.
A propos of nothing, I found out recently that the high school Tarkovsky attended is in my neighborhood. So much history!
