If you and others misdescribe/misanalyze various episodes and or patterns in history as conspiracies without clear and substantive definitions of your terms in a manner that have considerable explanatory advantages that other terms and narratives don't, folks on this list are gonna call u on it. ^^^^^ CB; However I never do that, so there is no need to call me out on it. The problem is a plethora of knee-jerking uses of "conspiracy theory" to refer to discussions that do not misdescribe/misanalyze various episodes and or patterns in history as conspiracies without

clear and substantive definitions of your terms in a manner that

have considerable explanatory advantages that other terms and narratives don't. In fact, most of the

times "conspiracy theory" is used to refer

to posts that don't even use the word "conspiracy". This misuse and misanalyzing analyses as "conspiracy theories" is rife and screwing up a lot

of strategic analysis.

^^^ So just stop deploying the terms where they don't apply.

^^^ CB: I don't deploy "the terms" where they don't apply". In fact, I don't even deploy the terms "conspiracy theory", let alone when they don't apply. It is others who misapply "conspiracy theory" to refer to posts that aren't conspiracy theories.
