Five hours of socially necessary labour time in an already agreed upon type of work which is not too physically demanding, gets you five hours out of the social store of goods and service.  

Three hours of socially necessary labout time gets you five hours out of the social store for work in industries like mining and timber, where the physical strain is higher.

That's what I'd argue for in a free association of producers who had made the revolution themselves and were not being commdanded by a new set of rulers.
