Saakashvili has made the perennial mistake of thinking US rhetoric translates into US action. I gues naming a street in Tbilisi George W Bush Street hasn't paid off. He must be so disappointed.
On a side note, the Chechens did request to send a detachment to South Ossetia, but the Kremlin said "no." I hope they follow the order.
