"Economically unviable" - mark those words, Doug.

That's what Medvyedev said about the BTC pipeline.

It's a phrase that seems to mean that one should also expect "a visit from the Inspectorate".

Lovely word that: "Inspectorate".

It's one of those terms people develop for their government that has a real ring to it. - like "Stasi" or "Savak" or "Interahamwe". ;-)

How does it sound in Russian?
