That would depend on the specific circumstances of the case -- why the FBI was there, what the FBI intended to do, and the motivations of the investors, wouldn't it? None of which are very clear. PS a friend of mine is one of their writers, and oddly enough he is much more flexible on this issue and less eager to jump to conclusions than people on this list.

The local anti-hate speech and -porn department, which is not a division of the FSB, has little to do with the FBI. The eXile has a lot of porn and what looks to the uninformed eye to be hate speech, which by the by are illegal. Limonov, assuming he actually factors into this, heads a quasi-facist organization. Should they be classified as extremist? Probably not, IMO, as they are 99% bark and 1% bite, but this is not the Socialist Workers' Party.

My general opinion on this issue, as with most, is "I don't know," which I think it would be wise for others to adopt as well.
