Dear Doug,

President-elect Obama says he intends to create 2.5 million jobs in  
the next two years.  Facilitating deals such as the replacement of the  
Air Force’s KC-135 refueling tanker will quickly help him to achieve  
this goal.  If the next administration says yes to Northrop Grumman’s  
innovative KC-45 Tanker, their manufacturing program will create  
48,000 new jobs across America—1/40th of Obama’s goal with one deal.
