No. Of the six parties elected to the parliament last year (which include two self-defined socialist parties plus the Greens), the most "pro-choice" any of them gets is that one would allow abortion in the case of rape, incest or serious threat to the woman's life or health; while another would allow it in the case of fatal foetal abnormality or serious threat to the woman's life or health (those are the two "socialist" parties). The others either support the status quo (legal only in case of a threat to the woman's life) or simply refuse to take a position at all.
