Yeah, making foreign politics by translating to english language the ideas of an fellow traveler: Well done by the government-sponsored foundation of the "LEFT".  The german article was published in summer 2007 soon after the making of the new party. Since then they have shown to be very modern and post-neoliberal indeed: The "LEFT" opposed the 500 billion Euro "restoring bankers trust"-package in the federal parliament, while voting in favour with the Berlin State government. (The philosopher would like to say: quite dialectical.) And in the starting mobilization for more broad social protest next spring the "LEFT" lacks a position. They are focused on the election campaign next year. And what to do with an uprising of the poor?
