The C.N.A gets decerted at its California facilities, can't execute on

its "backroom deal" with Tenet Healthcare to organize unorganized RNs

in Texas, yet it thinks the best way to deploy its scarce resources is

to try to raid SEIU members in Nevada and Florida. What a

"progressive" union!
