Didn't know about this -- interesting. I was thinking of Scripps
Memorial which decerted earlier this year. CNA also walked away from
UHS's Inland Valley after they were unable to negotiate a first
contract. I wonder if these two hospitals would be union-free today
had the CNA had redeployed the organizers it's devoting to raiding
SEIU units?
